All content generated by FnKnowBot and any user inputs remain the property of Aineura. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. Unauthorized use or distribution of FnKnowBot's content is strictly prohibited.
The Company reserves the right to initiate any legal action for the infringement of its intellectual property rights concerning the aforesaid trademarks and otherwise, including pertaining to the use of the sites: aineura.in / fnknowbot.in. You agree not to – impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use, or disclose your password or user name to any other person, or allow your password or user name to be used by any other person to access the services; and further undertake not to abuse, harass, threaten, defame, disillusion, erode, abrogate, demean or otherwise violate the legal rights of others while posting / uploading any information on the Site.

The Terms and Policies are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of the app / Sites shall be resolved through sole arbitrator appointed by the Company. The Courts at Uttar Pradesh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
